My husband and I are greatly thankful to Luke Towers and his wonderful team for patient and persistent guidance on our life insurance matters.
In Nov 2021, we finally decided to accept (one of) Succession Matters’ regular invitations to “review” our insurance policies which were put in place in early 2016.
Luke listened to our family & financial situations, explained how each policy works and (to our surprise) suggested making a claim on the Trauma insurance due to my breast cancer diagnosis & treatments in 2019.
Succession Matters team assisted me with ALL the claims paperwork and communications; and the process was smooth and swift. Luke also encouraged us to see Amber Dillon (Financial Planner, Barns Financial Services), who has done a thorough assessment and comprehensive recommendations for our superannuation and investments.

I would like to thank Luke (and the entire team) at Succession Matters for the amazing work they have done to secure TPD, Life and Salary continuance insurance for our family.
Having personally considered at length the options (friends, podcasts, money magazine) and researched what was important in this space before meeting with Luke, I can honestly say I was completely surprised at how comprehensive his assessment of our situation was and how this opened up a great range of options to ensure our insurance needs were met at the level of cover we needed.
Our situation had a number of complexities and required a lot of work to resolve. At no stage did it seem difficult for Luke or as if we were taking up too much of his time. Actually the opposite. Our insurance investment started many years ago. With a young family and a new business, we thought it wise to invest in a range of insurances to act as a safety net, financially protecting ourselves, our children and our business should future need arise.

“I’d like to thank Mike and the team at Succession Matters for their expert guidance over the years with regards to our family Wills and Insurances.
Like most people, we would check our monthly expenses, from time to time, looking for ways to trim our living expenses. A few years back we looked at our insurance provisions, life and trauma cover and decided to reduce the cover. These kinds of expenses always appear like low hanging fruit and I was convinced that we could make savings and that we were bullet proof and would never need to call upon the insurance.
I was fortunate to have Mike provide sage advice and cautioned me on reducing the cover too far, particularly the trauma cover.
